Not only will you be able to explore the beautiful islands and their crystal clear waters, but you will also be able to improve your health and well-being through a variety of wellness activities such as yoga, breath work, meditation, paddle boarding, and snorkeling.
Experience the unique culture of Sardina and Corsica through cultural activities such as visiting local villages, tasting traditional Sardinian and Corsican cuisine. We work closely with local Sardinian farmers, supplying us with their fresh fruits and vegetables. These are the fundamental ingredients for healthy and delicious meals on our yacht.

The catamaran Lagoon 42 ft will be our luxurious wellness sailing yacht. It is not only very spacious, but also very comfortable at sea. The boat is very stable due to the two hulls and reduces the chance of sea-sickness.
Both types of cabins are spacious enough to easily fit two persons. All cabins come with an ensuite bathroom. The Master cabin has a separate shower room and a slightly bigger matras.

Arriving at Olbia airport in Sardinia sets the stage for your wellness sailing adventure. A quick 10-minute taxi ride or a 20-minute bus journey can transport you to Olbia Marina. For added convenience, we’re more than happy to organize a taxi for you, especially during the busy high season.
Once you’ve embarked at Marina Olbia, our journey begins with the enchanting destination of the island ‘Tavolara’. Accessed solely by boat, this island features an authentic restaurant celebrated for its delicious fresh seafood.
We will be leaving early in the morning to visit the smallest kingdom in the world; The kingdom of Tavolara. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at anchor, as you take in the stunning views of the island’s lagoon. We will take a moment to relax and meditate on the deck of the boat, before setting out to explore the island’s natural beauty.
We will start sailing up north, discovering the beautiful coast of Sardinia. Eventually arriving in the famous Golfo Pevero. The restaurant we will visit offers a unique dining experience with a stunning waterfront location and mouth-watering Italian cuisine. Indulge in the freshest seafood and traditional pasta dishes while taking in the picturesque views of the bay.
Rise and shine! Getting up early for yoga on the beach with our instructor, before it’s too hot and tourists come in. Today we will enter the protected national park ‘Madallena Archipelago’.
The ‘Madallena Archipelago’ is known for its natural beauty and crystal-clear waters. As you sail through the islands, you’ll have the opportunity to explore hidden coves and beaches, as well as discover the rich marine life that calls the archipelago home.
Cannigione offers a wide range of entertainment. From a great selection of restaurants to buzzing night markets. Cannigione is known for its seafood and traditional Sardinian dishes, you can taste fresh fish, pasta with seafood, and much more.
We are crossing the windy Strait of Bonifacio, which allows us to sail towards the French island of Corsica. The stunning white cliffs and the deep turquoise sea are breathtaking; it’s not hard to see why this island is also UNESCO-heritage.
Arriving in Bonifacio with one of the most impressive marina entrances of the world. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the island’s rich history, culture, and natural beauty. The city is known for its medieval citadel, old town, and picturesque beaches. Be prepared for some serious Game of Thrones-vibes!
Bonifacio will most likely be one of the highlights of your trip.
Today we explore the southern part of Corsica a little better. Our first stop: the idylic little island ‘Il Piana’. Following with another Corsican island: ‘Lavezzi’. It offers one of the most remarkable snorkeling spots of the region. Expect steep and massive rock formations and various species of colourful fish. Perfectly suited for our after-lunch meditation on our yacht.
We will spend the night in the marina of Maddalena, with it’s vibrant nightlife and delicious food.
Our last day in the beautiful Maddalena Archipelago, where we take our time to explore the most beautiful bays. You can paddle board through the stunning lagoons and snorkel in the clear turquoise water until lunch is served. We will take you on a walk through the rugged terrain, and discover the diverse flora and fauna Caprera island. Bringing you to a view point overlooking the bay.
We anchor for the night in one of the most incredible bays we know in this area. The warm hues of orange, pink, and purple will create a breathtaking backdrop for our wellness sailing adventure. Tonight we will cook on the boat, where we can either cook ourselves or bring in a private chef, who will prepare delicious Sardinian meals, using fresh local ingredients.
This will be a night you’ll always remember, that is for sure.
Following our invigorating early morning yoga session, we set sail southward. As we sail, soak in the breathtaking views of the rocky cliffs and distinctive rock formations that grace the Sardinian coastline, renowned for its rugged charm and diverse landscapes—a sailor’s paradise.
Marvel at the different shades of blue and green of the sea and land, with opportunities to encounter marine wonders like dolphins and sea birds. Take a refreshing swim stop in the crystal-clear waters for lunch, taking in the natural beauty one last time.
For the final leg of our sailing adventure, we navigate toward the marina in Olbia, with an anticipated return around 5 pm. On our last evening, we can visit Sardinia’s notorious – and remarkable – village Olbia, where you can explore the buzzing nightlife.

Life changing.. only regret was coming home. One of my favorite trips so far. Amazing views, with my favorite seen while sailing to Corsica and the surrounding area. Food was amazing on the boat and Vincent also had the best suggestions for places to try at every stop. Perfect balance of activities and relaxation, creating a one of a kind experience. Trip of a lifetime! Thank you Vincent and Vallery for this unforgettable experience! We sailed across the coastline of Turkey with a group of friends. The nature was amazing, we sneaked through groups of green Ilands and cristal clear water, went on hikes and explored the Turkish history and culture. The food was amazing and being on the water was so calming. Vincent and Vallery are a great team. I would book this trip again any time! 
Wonderful trip sailing around Sardinia Our sailing trip with Sailing 2 Wellness around Sardinia and Corsica was a breathtaking experience. The views were stunning and the beaches were beautiful. We saw so many different sea life while snorkeling at the beaches. We also got to see wild boars up close on Isola Spargi! Vincent and Valerie were amazing hosts. They knew so much about each destination and gave us so many recommendations on places to eat and explore. Vincent is such a great captain. Even on days when the water was really rough, he made me feel at ease. And, Valerie would cook a delicious lunch and breakfast every day. She also taught us a few basic sailing lessons! The whole trip was a relaxing and restoring experience. I highly recommend Sailing 2 Wellness for your next getaway adventure and will definitely sail with them again!

An amazing way to experience Sardinia Being able to explore some of the more secluded islands between Sardinia and Corsica was truly incredible. We snorkeled in crystal blue waters along marble cliffs, did yoga on a beach with wild boars, visited a world class spa, and were treated with delicious dining experiences at every stop. Vincent and Vallery are absolute professionals, keeping us safe and well fed on the water and offering up lots of helpful information about each area we visited.
Amazing adventure - just say "si!" and cross this off your bucket list! This was a bucket list experience - the best place I've been with a crew that was so accommodating, kind, and engaged. We went to places we never could have accessed on our own, and each night was dinner in local places with excellent food - no tourist traps! Vincent and Vanessa (despite working) felt like part of our group, and added so much fun and playfulness to our dynamic.

Best sailing experience so far Vincent and Vallery are a lovely team. The navigated us safely through the Mediterranean Sea (even though we had stormy weather) and showed us the most beautiful bays!
