Nirvana sailing in BVI ! Sailing the British Virgin islands with Vincent Braakman as our Captain was FANTASTIC! Cannot praise his amazing & meticulous planning of destination anchoring spots enough! The beauty of BVI was even more enjoyable given the infectious smile & charismatic personality of the captain & crew that he brought. I hope to be fortunate to sail on another sailing adventure with Vincent at the helm having experienced his expert ‘captaining’ of this trip.

Magical week in Sardinia and Corsica! What an incredible week! I had never been on a sailing holiday before so I wasn't sure what to expect....all my expectations were exceeded and I absolutely loved it! It was a magical way to explore Sardinia and Corsica. Everything was taken of, from the deliciously cooked local food to the activities and best spots to see! I felt like we did and saw so much in just a week, amazing! I can't thank Sailing2wellness enough for all their hard work and effort to create a wonderful experience for us all! Lots of memories were made that I will never forget and I look forward to my next sailing adventure with them!

Sail to wellness, meet new friends and create ever-lasting memories My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our sailing to wellness break around the beautiful coast and exquisite bays of Sardinia and Corsica with our hosts Vincent and Vallery. This is the third time we’ve taken a sailing trip in the Mediterranean, it’s always an enjoyable experience, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to commit my thoughts to a review.Whether you want to learn about sailing, pitch in and help, swim, see dolphins swim, play with water toys, eat delicious and nutritious food, meditate, and practice mindfulness and yoga, or simply sit, relax, enjoy the serenity, and admire the stunning scenery, everything is available on this trip and i’d thoroughly recommend you sample as much as possible. You will leave feeling invigorated and ready for more adventures on the waves.Vincent is an excellent skipper, Vallery a fantastic cook, both are charming hosts who, along with our resident yoga expert Helen, created a warm and welcoming environment which helped to build a great rapport with and between the crew and all of our fellow passengers, all with diverse backgrounds and personalities. The relaxed vibe, the setting, and the shared experiences fostered a wonderful group dynamic which generated special (and often comedic) moments such that I’m certain we’ll all hold fond memories of this trip that will last a lifetime.If you’re thinking of taking a break with sailing to wellness, stop thinking and start booking! (but maybe wait until I’ve got next year’s trip secured, we will be back for more!)

Happy Days My first ever sailing holiday did not disappoint. Our skipper, Vincent, sailed us on a modern catamaran through the Maddalena islands all the way to Corsica. His has a great knowledge of the area & plotted stunning swim spots along the way. The food was amazing, super healthy & our morning beach yoga set us all up for the day ahead. Can’t wait until my next sail with them. Thank you for making it a memorable week.

Incredible experience! Spectacular Sardinia and Corsica. It's the best way to experience it....from the sea. Vincent and team are amazing. Exceptional sailing routes lead by a talented skipper, amazing food, and wellness activities. The Catamarn is very luxurious, spacious, and very well equipped. The trip was super organized and well thought out with plenty of relaxation and fun fun fun. Guests on board were so much fun. We felt like a little family at the end of the week.

Amazingly fun experience, highly recommended! We had the most amazing week sailing with Vincent and his fabulous crew, chef Leila and yogi extraordinaire, Gloria. The sailing route/itinerary was fantastic, with a great balance between time spent sailing and time in the water and on islands, and the scenery was obviously stunning. The food was incredibly good quality and plentiful, and the small group size means that you can really get to know each other and have a lot of fun. We've done a few sailing trips now in equally stunning locations and this was hands down the best, entirely due to the awesome crew and fellow guests - we had so much fun coming together for meals or drinks on the boat and on shore. Vincent was such a relaxed and down-to-earth captain, while obviously being incredibly competent at what he does. We were a bit apprehensive that there might be a bit too much "wellness" for us (my husband isn't into yoga and I've not done it in years), but the way it's structured there's absolutely the opportunity to opt out/do your own thing (but we actually really enjoyed it, along with the meditation and breathing exercises). It's great being able to use the SUPs and snorkel equipment and to be able to bring your own drinks on board without extra charges. An incredible experience - do yourself a favour and book this trip!! We'll definitely be back for more Sardinian sailing one day, and wouldn't hesitate to book anywhere else these guys sail. Absolute must for the lovers of the sea This was the trip of a lifetime and if you are considering a sailing trip in Sardinia, stop scrolling now and book Sailing2Wellness. Vincent and Valerie were welcoming and friendly, and greeted us upon arrival with cocktails and charcuterie - a delightful start to an amazing adventure. The boat was clean, well maintained with places for gathering, but also allowed for privacy and relaxation. Valerie is a master chef and the meals were not only delicious and creative, but presented beautifully. The entire concept is genius - combining sailing and sun, with morning yoga, nutritious meals and fun hikes. Rebecca was our on board yoga instructor and adjusted to our multiple levels, led our meditations and breathing exercises. She was a bright addition to this fabulous crew. It was like a high end spa experience on the high seas. Vincent is an experienced captain, and even with some high winds at full sail, we felt safe and secure with him at the helm. They curated our ‘off board’ experiences as well, making reservations at wonderful restaurants and stopping at delightful villages along the way. We had a cooking class one night with Valerie on board, learning about local foods and herbs and spices and having so much fun in the process. We booked the entire boat for a group of girlfriends, but I can imagine that this would be an absolutely perfect trip for couples too.

Incredible sailing trip with Sailing2Wellness Vincent, Valerie and the yoga instructor, Rebecca were fabulous hosts, guides, chefs, skippers and instructors for an amazing bucket list trip for us. They are warm, knowledgeable, fun and plan the perfect itinerary. Each day was more fantastic than the next. We had sunset dinners with incredible views and food each night that made each port feel more special than the next. We had three gorgeous rainbows after a short brief rainstorm early in our trip and dolphins playing in the water as we left our last lunch stop on the final trip day. Rebecca was a fantastic yoga and breathwork teacher who really pays attention to her students and also so nice to swim with and talk to during the days. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to go to Turkey with them next!

Wellness, water, and wonder - the perfect package Perfect does not even describe it. Without knowing anyone I embarked on a week on the water, indulging my love for the sea, for beautiful scenery, food, and a focus on my soul. It was more than I wished for. Vallery and Vincent were the perfect hosts. Everything was beautiful planned and orchestrated. They were always mindful around the needs of individuals and personalities! The scenery was breathtaking and on board, gave us the perfect opportunity to enjoy it at its maximum. I would totally recommend Sailing2Wellness. In fact, I am booking again for another adventure. No greater tribute than that!

Life changing.. only regret was coming home. One of my favorite trips so far. Amazing views, with my favorite seen while sailing to Corsica and the surrounding area. Food was amazing on the boat and Vincent also had the best suggestions for places to try at every stop. Perfect balance of activities and relaxation, creating a one of a kind experience. I gained much needed clarity and focus about my personal and work life while on this unique trip— which is invaluable and I’m forever grateful for this amazing experience. Recommend for anyone wanting to explore a country in a unique way.
