Not just total relaxation, it is awakening, awareness, strengthening and stretching.

Elisa Lavera

Elisa has been a yoga teacher since 2016 and has taught in several European and non-European countries (UK, USA, South Africa and Italy). She teaches yoga both in Italian and English and her special skill has always been the ability to adapt each single class to the needs of every single student that she comes across with, tailoring it to his/her goals and objectives. Her classes are never the same, they are adjusted following the anatomy, the energy and the intention of the student. She teaches Vinyasa, a mix of synchronic movements, connecting with the Ashtanga principles with stable and precise body alignments.

Yoga with Elisa is not just total relaxation, it is awakening, awareness, strengthening and stretching. Her classes are balanced between challenging and relaxing elements, giving that perfect synchrony between letting go and being perfectly present. You can also find me on BookRetreat.com.

Transformative journeys sharing the joy of movement and breath in the present moment

Kaartik Denny

Kaartik discovered yoga as a teenager in his home country Italy and was immediately drawn to its ability to calm the mind, strengthen the body and connect to the spirit. While living in NewYork he got excited by the sweaty early morning Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practices.

Lately studying in India he realized how much deeper the art, science and culture of Yoga can go, mastering also the sacred dance BharataNatyam and finding a guru who gave him the spiritual name Kaartik. A life long traveler, for over 20 years he has integrated different yoga traditions, sacred dances and somatic movements developing his own personal creative method called indiemotion.

As a former performing artist he knows a thing or two about pushing boundaries and finding balance. In his yoga classes, he brings the same intensity and drive, combining Hatha and Vinyasa flow, breath work and meditation so you can expect to sweat, have fun and relax. Out of the traditional yoga mat Kaartik can also be found rolling barefoot on a dancefloor, floating in warm pools and hanging with silks in the air, constantly seeking new adventures.
