Sail to wellness, meet new friends and create ever-lasting memories My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our sailing to wellness break around the beautiful coast and exquisite bays of Sardinia and Corsica with our hosts Vincent and Vallery. This is the third time we’ve taken a sailing trip in the Mediterranean, it’s always an enjoyable experience, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to commit my thoughts to a review.Whether you want to learn about sailing, pitch in and help, swim, see dolphins swim, play with water toys, eat delicious and nutritious food, meditate, and practice mindfulness and yoga, or simply sit, relax, enjoy the serenity, and admire the stunning scenery, everything is available on this trip and i’d thoroughly recommend you sample as much as possible. You will leave feeling invigorated and ready for more adventures on the waves.Vincent is an excellent skipper, Vallery a fantastic cook, both are charming hosts who, along with our resident yoga expert Helen, created a warm and welcoming environment which helped to build a great rapport with and between the crew and all of our fellow passengers, all with diverse backgrounds and personalities. The relaxed vibe, the setting, and the shared experiences fostered a wonderful group dynamic which generated special (and often comedic) moments such that I’m certain we’ll all hold fond memories of this trip that will last a lifetime.If you’re thinking of taking a break with sailing to wellness, stop thinking and start booking! (but maybe wait until I’ve got next year’s trip secured, we will be back for more!)
